  I've been going to this office since I was a teenager, probably around 20 years. They're organized and they know what they're doing. The doctors are knowledgeable. One time I came in without insurance. They were generous to keep the cost low.

  Been going to this place for a few years and the doctors are great, knowledgeable and actually take time to speak with you, not just hit you immediately with tests, prescriptions and referrals. Good luck with getting anything done over the phone though - you will be IMMEDIATELY be put on hold, with the receptionist interrupting the canned music every few minutes to remind you to hold. On a previous occasion (a couple of years back) I gave up after multiple days of trying to speak to someone and had to finally go in to their Office for information that took less than a minute to retrieve. Today's call included a 30 minute hold with the receptionist telling me to hold every 3-4 min - a total of 7 times before my call was finally taken. This was a follow up to a call I made 8 days ago - lots of holding then too - for which I had not had an update or response to my request. As I said above, the medical attention/doctors are good - just a pity that the support and office organization is negating that. Could do much better.
