  Terrible billing. They may make you a pay sometimes (this office is better about listening to insurance) but then it is impossible to get a refund. They always say there is an outstanding balance. The reason for the outstanding balance is that you're seen a lot and it takes a few weeks for the insurance to process the claims. Until they receive the money, they won't issue a refund, but by then, you've been seen before. I've spoken to Julia and Marco (through their billing service Financial Liability Reporting Services) and even had my insurer call them, and gotten nowhere. On a positive note, the nurses and doctors and staff at this facility are excellent.

  This is by far the best office of all the IVF Florida offices. Pretty much the whole staff is wonderful here and you feel very comfortable with them, which is important if you get treatment because you'll be seeing them a lot. IVF treatment is very expensive, but it will most likely be like that anywhere you go in Florida. Dr. Weitzman was very thorough and I'm very lucky and thankful she was my doctor. Dr. Sueldo was wonderful as well.
