- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They lied to me and told me that my copay was the only thing I owed when I specifically asked what my insurance covered. Fast forward 6 months later and they sent me a bill for $700. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Beware of billing department. They are worse then lawyers. We got charged $746.09 from the "Doctor" separate from the visit. All the doctor did was tell my daughter to open her mouth (didn't even put stick in her mouth) tell us she has strep throat and 30 seconds later boom $746.09 for all that work. Can you tell me, some how if thats fair? Especially when I asked the facility how much it would cost and they told me $150 plus any lab test and conveniently they left out the outrageous doctor fee. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am reading all these reviews and feeling quite disappointed that so many people are experiencing the same situation and the facility continues billing us incorrectly. I took my daughter in February and YES it is listed as an urgent care facility according to my insurance, but was billed for BOTH as urgent care, which I paid my copay and now for an ER visit. My insurance was perplexed and could not understand it either. They thought it was a mistake, but apparently not. It seems like they are taking advantage of the situation that many of us have experienced. Will never go there again!!!! The visit was worthless and a waste of time as the medication they prescribed was not covered by our insurance and I had to take her to PCP the following work day.
